I’m an autism specialist teacher and consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting autistic young people with complex needs, including high levels of demand avoidance and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).

My work is grounded in a deep understanding of neurodiversity and a commitment to person-centred support. I help young people explore and understand their neurodivergent identity, develop self-awareness, and build the skills they need to navigate the challenges of the school environment.

I work with families, schools, and professionals to create tailored, practical strategies that reduce anxiety and truly fit the individual.
